Grand Hyatt Beijing offers over 2,800 sq. m. of meeting and function facilities that comprise ten versatile meeting rooms suitable for every type of event. The meeting rooms range from an impressive Grand Ballroom, five Grand Salons that can be utilised as one large salon or partitioned into five separate meeting rooms, five stylish Drawing Rooms, four Boardrooms including the residence, a multi-functional, sophisticated and elegant residential-style venue.

Most of Grand Hyatt Beijing's meeting and function rooms are conveniently located and equipped with the latest technology, and with the complete flexibility required to accommodate virtually any type of meeting, conference and social event.

Grand Ballroom

The Grand Ballroom is beautifully designed with crystal chandeliers combined with mirrored and warm-toned wood walls. The ballroom benefits from a built-in stage equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment. A very flexible venue, the Grand Ballroom is perfect for conferences and social events. It has an impressive 7-metre-high ceiling and a total area of 711 sq. m., with a capacity to accommodate a maximum of 600 guests for a cocktail reception, 450 for dinner, 800 guests for theatre-style meetings or 400 in a classroom setting.

Grand Salon

Located on the same floor as the Grand Ballroom, the Grand Salons are flexible in size and ideal for cocktail receptions, dinners and meeting sessions. These five salons have a combined area of 264 sq. m. and can accommodate a maximum of 145 guests for a cocktail reception, 90 for dinner, 214 guests for theatre-style meetings or 102 in a classroom setting. The Grand Salons can all be partitioned to provide five individual meeting rooms.

Drawing Room

Subtle decor and furnishings highlight the Drawing Rooms, which offer a stylish setting for both corporate and private events. The five Drawing Rooms have a combined area of 369 sq. m., with each room accommodating a maximum of 50 guests for a cocktail reception, 40 for dinner, 60 guests for theatre-style meetings or 45 in a classroom setting.

The Boardroom

Located on Level P4 of the hotel, the four Boardrooms offer a perfect setting for high-level business meetings, accommodating up to 16 guests in board meetings.

The Residence

Representing a new concept of meetings and events, the multifunctional, residential-style venue offers the latest in sophistication, style and elegance. Fine dark wood interior with stylish hand-painted tiles and show pieces of renowned Chinese artists create an exceptional touch for any high-profile event. the residence combines luxurious decor with the latest audio-visual technology, it covers 1142 sq. m. and consists of three meetings rooms, two communal coffee bars and a private office.
