Our commitment to service excellence continues with a team of Convention Services Executives who will work with the event organizers to ensure the event’s success. The Convention Services Executive is the organizer’s main hotel liaison, organizing aspects of the program such as check-in, check-out, transportation and banquet arrangements. Furthermore, a "Meeting Butler" is attached to every function held in the hotel to attend to any request immediately.
