An exciting collection of outlets located in the West Tower on the 2nd floor offers a unique variety of semi-autonomous restaurants.

There are six main live kitchen stations serving Chinese roast duck, Italian cuisine with a brick pizza oven, Japanese sushi and yakitori, grilled meats, seafood specialties and desserts.

The Tea Room, located on the Lobby Level of the hotel's West Tower is a European style tea salon, featuring a retail section, lounge area and an outdoor terrace. In addition to its specially blend teas, the Tea Room offers a traditional European Bistro cuisine and European wines, L'heure du the, desserts and light snacks.

Xindalu-China Kitchen, located on the Lobby Level of hotel's East Tower, offers authentic Chinese cuisine complimented with certain western elements. Four special kitchens feature the Beijing Roast Duck Wood Oven, Dumpling & Noodle Making Section, Chop & Wok featuring Shanghai and Hangzhou traditional dishes and Dessert Section.

Lunch: 11:30 - 14:30
Dinner: 17:30 - 22:30

Created by acclaimed Japanese interior design firm SuperPotato, home-style dining takes place in an open space comprising a ‘kitchen’, ‘library’ and ‘living room’. Ingeniously, the backdrop merges seamlessly from one space to the next, transitioning from hanging racks stacked with culinary paraphernalia to book-lined shelves to sofas alongside eclectic collections of model cars, pipes and vintage corkscrews.

Created by acclaimed Japanese interior design firm SuperPotato, 6 private rooms in Chinese, Western, Japanese design with sizes to accommodate parties of 8 to 16 diners. With built-in iPod docking stations, each of the 6 rooms has their own unique look and feel, featuring distinctive characteristics such as bamboo ceilings, black marble counter tops or mural walls, a kitchen area separate seating areas, private washroom and personal ‘butlers’, all with a distinctly residential feel.

Located on the 32nd and 33rd floors of the hotel's West Tower, Vue Bar features stunning views in a relaxed setting, with day beds, comfortable seating arrangements and a whirlpool on the terrace.
