Meeting Rooms

Park Hyatt Beijing offers an impressive selection of 12 function spaces for various types of occasion, from intimate events to large conferences. Each function space has a unique ambience and access to multimedia technology, broadband wireless Internet and sound and lighting systems.

The hotel offers nine additional meeting suites - The Salon on Level 61 and Boardrooms on Level 62 – all of which benefit from natural daylight. Meeting participants also enjoy Park Hyatt Beijing's Coffee Bar, where the coffee break has been redefined with a wide selection of beverages and snacks served in a casual, cafe-like atmosphere. They are ideal for board meetings and special gatherings.

The Gallery

Located on the third level of Park Hyatt Beijing, The Gallery is the Chinese capital’s newest and first residential-style, multifunction venue. From meticulous meetings to couture cocktails, from product launches to wondrous weddings, this intimately designed space features a collection of harmonious venues that exquisitely creates for every occasion a unique experience.

The Gallery’s spacious reception with aesthetic art pieces warmly welcomes every guest. The highlights of its over 490sqm of flexible event space include a large open kitchen where chefs can be seen in action, a private tasting room for pre-event menu discussion with chefs, Library, a quiet corner for small meetings and a multi-use bar for coffee breaks, welcome drinks or special themed events. At the end of the bar, a wall entirely devoted to greenery and adorned with some 60,000 plants, impressively catches your eye.

Both Gallery One and Two are equipped with the latest audio-visual and communications capabilities and have a personalised Meeting Butler on hand to offer immediate assistance from beginning to end.

The Ballroom

Located on the third level, this pillar-less space spans 1,221 sq. m. and has an impressive ceiling height of 7.5 metres. The Ballroom has direct access to a car elevator, making it perfect for product launches, fashion shows, car exhibitions and events catering to up to 1,200 guests. Its modern decor and the latest LED lighting effects provide a stylish atmosphere for any event, with the flexibility to make your most creative theme ideas come to life.
