Our newly renovated Grand Ballroom is 800 sq.m. with 10 sophisticated function rooms and 5 meeting rooms, for parties of 10 up to 750 delegates. All meeting rooms have daylight and are perfect settings for all kinds of business functions from exhibitions, conventions to workshops or social events such as weddings and gala diners.

All rooms feature state-of-the art AV conference equipment, broadband Internet access, and a simultaneous translation system for any hi-tech meeting banquet or presentation. Swiss Meeting Advantage promises the meeting planner a successful event, which is underpinned by reliability, seamless efficiency and heartfelt service.

A dedicated outside catering service is also available for unique events at some of the famous historical venues.

Venues

Hong Kong Macau Rooms:

Located on the 3rd floor, these multi-purpose function rooms can be combined for larger functions with the complete flexibility required to accommodate virtually any type of meeting, conference or social event. From 10 guests up to 180 guests.

Meeting and Board Rooms:

One meeting room is located on the 2nd floor in the Business Centre and four board rooms are located on the 16th floor in the Swiss Executive Club Lounge.

These are ideal places for Executive Board meetings or they can be used as break-out rooms. From 6 to 20 guests.

Grand Suite:

The Grand Suites are 100 sq.m. and feature an exclusive dining and seating area, ideal for Executive Board meetings or private dinners. 

Capacity for the meeting or dining table is 8 guests and capacity of the sofa area is 6 guests.

Pre-function Area:

Located on the 2nd floor, our spacious pre-function area is enhanced by natural daylight. It is the perfect place for exhibitions, coffee or lunch breaks or pre-dinner cocktails.

This section is part of our public areas but can easily be used as private section. 

 

Sunset Terrace:

Located on the 3rd floor, Sunset Terrace is an ideal private outdoor event venue during the spring, summer and autumn seasons for BBQ dinners, pre-dinner receptions or wedding ceremonies.

This venue is seasonal and is open from May to October as weather permits.

  • Standing Cocktail: 250 guests
  • Standing BBQ: 250 guests
  • Seating BBQ: 120 guests
  • Pre-dinner reception: 250 guests

Grand Ballroom:

Located on the 2nd Floor, the 800 sq.m. Grand Ballroom can be divided into two soundproof sections and is ideal for banquets, balls and large seminars / conferences of up to 750 delegates.
